Stores and Logistics Coordinator


We are looking for a practical, reliable and service-focused Stores and Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Stores and Logistics function.

The Role

This is a hands-on position supporting stock management, deliveries, internal logistics and beverage control across the resort. You will play an important role in ensuring stock is well organised, deliveries are managed efficiently and departments receive the support they need to operate seamlessly.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will help maintain a structured and well-run Stores and Logistics function, supporting stock accuracy, internal stock movements and reliable service delivery across the resort. The role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organised and thrives in a practical operational environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising Stores-controlled stock, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Monitoring stock levels, supporting stock rotation and reducing waste
  • Supporting beverage stock control and internal stock transfers
  • Receiving and distributing deliveries, parcels and goods across the resort
  • Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Using PurchasePlus (or learning the system) for stock movements and processes
  • Supporting departments with clear communication and timely service
  • Helping maintain a professional, organised and efficient Stores function throughout the resort

 

About you:

  • Practical, hands-on and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in stock control, stores, logistics or hospitality operations is beneficial
  • Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
  • Calm and adaptable during busy periods and changing operational demands
  • Full, clean NZ driver’s license is essential

 

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: This role includes seven-day Stores coverage, and we are flexible in how this is structured across two positions with full-time and part-time opportunities available

Pay Banding: $27.00 - $29.00 gross per hour (based on experience)
