Senior Marketing Executive

As our Marketing team continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive who enjoys owning key projects, leading integrated campaigns, and making a meaningful impact across a premium brand.

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role within the marketing function, acting as second-in-command and supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver both strategic and business-as-usual initiatives. You will lead key campaigns, drive PR strategy, and ensure the seamless execution of marketing activity across the business.

This is a hands-on role that bridges strategy and execution. You will oversee digital platforms and marketing systems, manage projects, and ensure all communications reflect Millbrook’s premium positioning. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and supporting collaboration across the resort, alongside specific people leadership responsibilities.

About You

• 4-6 years of previous experience in a marketing, brand, or digital role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment
• Strong understanding of PR and communications, with experience managing media relationships and brand exposure
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics and performance optimisation
• Excellent copywriting and content development skills, tailored to a premium audience
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing activity with business outcomes
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills across all levels
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience managing, mentoring or supporting junior team members; previous line-management experience is advantageous
