The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver exceptional service across our whole food and beverage operation. This role is primarily focussed on restaurant service for our Japanese-inspired restaurant Kobe Cuisine, with shifts predominantly worked during evenings and weekends. While Kobe Cuisine will be your primary base, flexibility is key, and you may be rostered across any of Millbrook’s food and beverage outlets as operational needs require.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a collaborative team, bringing energy, professionalism and attention to detail to every shift.

You will:

• Deliver warm, engaging and attentive service to all guests
• Tailor each experience to meet guest needs and create memorable moments
• Confidently make recommendations and use upselling to enhance the guest experience
• Work flexibly across different outlets and service styles as required

Success Profile 

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a wide range of guests
• Comfortable making recommendations and upselling in a natural, guest-focused way
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Previous POS system experience is an advantage – Agilysys Systems desirable
• Full driver’s licence is beneficial due to our location

Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full time permanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed)
