As a Drinks Cart Attendant, you will play a key role in enhancing the golfing experience for our guests and members by providing outstanding food and beverage service across our two championship 18-hole golf courses. Operating the drinks cart, you will deliver refreshments directly to golfers while creating memorable interactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Working closely with the Golf Operations and Food & Beverage teams, you will build positive relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and contribute to the five-star experience Millbrook is known for.

What will your day look like?

• Providing friendly and professional food and beverage service to golfers on course
• Operating the drinks cart safely and efficiently throughout the day
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and light refreshments
• Processing sales transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintaining stock levels, replenishing supplies and ensuring the drinks cart is clean, organised and well presented
• Building positive relationships with guests and providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol licensing requirements
• Assisting with golf tournaments, events and other operational requirements as needed

Hours: Full time fixed term (October 2026 – April 2027)
